Software Engineer for Genetics

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute data ETL, management, and engineering
• Develop user interfaces for curation and data maintenance tools based on user requirements
• Enhance data processing effectiveness and improve workflows for clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a comparable program with 3+ years of experience
• Experience in programming languages and data ETL for genomic and clinical applications
• Knowledge of database management systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
• Understanding of database architecture, design, and optimization
• DevOps experience such as unit testing and CI/CD is a plus
