Software Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II - QP Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop performance test infrastructure for Query Processing components
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in their development in testing
• Collaborate with QA and Tools teams to implement and improve test infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
• 2+ years of industry experience in object-oriented programming (e.g. C++, Java, C#)
• 1+ years of experience in Python or similar test infrastructure language
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with testing performance of data warehouses and analytics engines preferred
