Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Engineer II to support enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components, including workflows and forms
- Develop and maintain RESTful API integrations between the CRM and external systems
- Participate in Agile team activities and assist in troubleshooting production issues
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or higher (ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation)
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in enterprise applications or CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and basic customization
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET development and SQL Server
- Familiarity with ReactJS/TypeScript or other modern frontend frameworks
