Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III - Full Stack (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate and complete development tasks including coding and requirements gathering with minimal guidance
• Mentor junior developers and improve engineering processes through influential skills
• Participate in planning sessions and present work to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with backend technologies (Ruby, Ruby on Rails) and frontend technologies (React, Redux, JavaScript)
• Comfortable reviewing both frontend and backend code
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Participation in on-call rotations as necessary
