A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Platform to join their Innovation Lab's Product R&D team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and architecture for AskCR's web and mobile systems
• Align business goals with platform decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, monitoring, and code quality across the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with expertise in both backend and frontend
• Deep expertise in Python and familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI, React, and/or React Native
• Proven track record of designing and shipping reliable multi-platform applications
• Experience working in CI/CD-heavy environments with skills in observability and debugging
