Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II to develop and maintain customer-facing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and bug reports into working solutions while contributing to system architecture
• Write automated unit tests and maintain high code test coverage
• Develop high-quality, well-structured code for innovative features in a collaborative agile environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline and at least 3 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in web application development using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with framework libraries such as React, Bootstrap, or Angular
• Knowledge of database persistence and SQL, preferably Postgres
• Experience with server-side REST API development using Node.js, Java, or .NET
