Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer who will build scalable, cloud-native web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale distributed web applications and make architectural trade-offs
• Own the end-to-end development of the BuiltByZoom progressive web application
• Write clean, maintainable code and champion Test-Driven Development

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Django/Python web frameworks
• Experience in developing single-page and progressive web applications
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational database design
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Experience deploying services on AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
