Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager - INS (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee teams for software application design, development, operations, and maintenance
• Develop staff through coaching, performance feedback, and conflict management to ensure technical excellence
• Facilitate all aspects of software development and ensure adherence to best practices and project delivery methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of related professional experience
• 1 year of supervisory or progressive leadership experience
• Preferred certification: Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and various delivery methodologies
