Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineer to lead their engineering team and oversee multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain approximately 30% hands-on development while managing a team of ~5 engineers
• Manage multiple high-priority projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project requirements and timelines
• Drive the technical vision and strategy, ensuring successful execution and fostering operational excellence within the team

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing consumer-facing teams
• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework, AngularJS, MongoDB Atlas, and Microsoft Azure
• Experience leading the modernization of technology platforms and leveraging AI coding assistants in development workflows
• Practical knowledge of continuous delivery and integration practices
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data regulations is a plus
