Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers in the development and support of manufacturing software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full-stack software engineers in designing, developing, testing, and supporting manufacturing software
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks of local and remote engineers and collaborate with manufacturing teams to derive requirements
• Mentor employees and support the MSDS team in providing operational support to ensure production uptime

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
