Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of Java development experience or leading Java teams
• 5 years of experience leading development projects using object-oriented languages
• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with strong software development background
• Preference for 3+ years working in an agile environment
