Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams
• Senior/Lead-level technical background in C# with experience in legacy systems
• Experience delivering software in an Agile environment with a focus on process improvements
• Strong skills in scalability, performance tuning, and maintainability
• Experience with distributed, event-driven architectures and system design
