Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager responsible for overseeing IT architecture and software strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term architecture software strategy aligned with company objectives
• Manage staff performance, including coaching and mentoring for professional development
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and regulations while managing internal stakeholders and client communications

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in software development and IT industry operations
• 2+ years of Java development experience or leading Java teams
• 5 years of experience leading development projects with object-oriented languages, ETL, or data warehousing
• Preference for 3+ years in an agile environment, particularly with Enterprise Agile Frameworks like SAFe
