Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a new team developing the Individual Training platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a newly formed engineering team for the Individual Training platform
• Drive the design, development, and operation of new software services and infrastructure
• Coordinate with contractors to augment internal engineering capacity

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of software development practices, methodologies, and tools
• Proven experience leading and managing software engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
