Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a new team developing the Individual Training platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a newly formed engineering team for the Individual Training platform
- Drive the design, development, and operation of new software services and infrastructure
- Coordinate with contractors to augment internal engineering capacity
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of software development practices, methodologies, and tools
- Proven experience leading and managing software engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
