Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates work for technical teams on technology transformation initiatives
• Manages day-to-day project activities and monitors project progress
• Reports project status to stakeholders and fosters positive team relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• At least 5 years of development experience in technologies such as Java, Javascript, Python, Node.js, Angular, or React
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub
