• Collaborate with product and business partners to prioritize features and ensure effective delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in making data-driven decisions in an enterprise environment
• Experience working with analytics or data engineering teams is a plus
• Ability to manage onshore/offshore contractors and vendors
