Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering (.NET).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and delivery of applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack
• Drive project execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing development process improvements
• Mentor and coach team members while identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in software development and leading a team
• Experience as a technical or team lead, with knowledge of unit testing and object-oriented software design
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM platform and experience in an Agile development environment preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
