Software Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Engineer II to provide technical support within production, research, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for LIMS and cloud-based data analytics software platform
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and performing root cause analysis of product or environment issues
• Tracking and documenting all actions taken to address various product issues and ensuring satisfactory resolution

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree in Computer Science or similar area
• Located in the US
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of Java, Spring framework, MySQL, and AWS/Kubernetes
• Experience with Groovy Scripting, Python, and Web Services is a plus
