A company is looking for a Software Support Engineer II to provide technical support within production, research, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for LIMS and cloud-based data analytics software platform
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and performing root cause analysis of product or environment issues
- Tracking and documenting all actions taken to address various product issues and ensuring satisfactory resolution
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Computer Science or similar area
- Located in the US
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Java, Spring framework, MySQL, and AWS/Kubernetes
- Experience with Groovy Scripting, Python, and Web Services is a plus
