Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality of software products through thorough testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and documenting project requirements and translating them into acceptance criteria
• Develop, execute, and troubleshoot comprehensive test scripts to validate application functionality
• Maintain clear test documentation and prioritize defects identified during testing

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in software test engineering (quality assurance)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of SQL and experience testing APIs
• Experience implementing and automating end-to-end tests
