Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Support Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, research, and resolve user issues and impacts utilizing available tools
- Monitor logs, notifications, and alerts
- Follow documented service guidelines for research and resolution within defined service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience within an operational platform support
- 1+ years of experience developing SQL queries and running reports
- 1+ years of experience within the healthcare data environment - eligibility, claims, etc
- 1+ years of experience working with Healthcare Operations & Support
- Demonstrated ability to manage assigned work with minimal oversight
