A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support software vendors in enhancing customer experiences and overcoming technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the product suite and assist in technical consulting
• Write integration plans and sample code for customer implementations
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams to support customer onboarding and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in using and integrating APIs
• Strong interpersonal skills developed in a customer-facing role
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
