Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer for the West Coast (Washington, California, or Oregon).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical evaluations of client needs and prepare implementation plans
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients and provide level 2 technical support
• Collaborate with product and tech teams on cross-functional projects to ensure customer success

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a technical position, preferably with software engineering principles
• Familiarity with the HealthTech industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of web technologies and experience with Web APIs
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL
• Exposure to at least one programming language such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
