Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Loan Officer (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from existing clients and referral partners
• Complete pre-approvals and guide clients through the early stages of the mortgage process
• Review, collect, and organize borrower documentation while maintaining compliance and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential mortgage lending or loan origination
• Strong understanding of agency, FHA, VA, and jumbo guidelines
• Licensed Loan Officer (NMLS active)
• Based in or near Charleston, SC
• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management
