Spatial Data Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spatial Data Coordinator to ensure data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data for a select region or set of buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD and design/space technology software to support space, occupancy, and utilization data
• Maintain current drawings and systems, generating relevant space reports regularly
• Serve as the central point of contact for space technology solutions within the client environment

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, or Data Analytics preferred
• Zero to three years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications
• Experience with CAD software for developing and converting drawings
• Ability to manage and report space allocation data effectively
