A company is looking for a Special Assistant to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and correspondence preparation
- Serve as the primary scheduling contact for the CEO, coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management and ensure seamless operations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, government, or advocacy settings
- Experience with expense management and board reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Salesforce, and project management software
- High level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- A belief in the power of state and local government to drive positive change and a commitment to justice
