A company is looking for a Specialty Scheduling Assistant to provide scheduling support at the Heart and Vascular Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinic activities by processing physician orders and performing patient scheduling duties
- Interact with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate scheduling
- Support patient care staff to achieve the hospital's mission
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience or equivalent knowledge/skills required
- Post high school secretarial training preferred
- Typing speed of 50 wpm
- Working knowledge of computers and general office equipment
