A company is looking for a Sr. Training and Education Specialist in Cardiac Rhythm Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of product training programs and strategies
• Create and manage the product education strategy from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation
• Develop high-quality training materials, including eLearning courses, presentations, and videos

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry
• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant work experience in technical training and education
• Experience in project management and communication with stakeholders
• Familiarity with various instructional strategies and training methods
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and conflicting priorities
