Job Summary
The Software Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, assessing their needs, and delivering tailored software solutions. This role requires expertise in ERP, HRMS, POS, and CRM systems, ensuring businesses optimize their operations, streamline workflows, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Consultative Selling: Identify client pain points and recommend ERP, HRMS, POS, or CRM solutions tailored to their business needs.
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new business opportunities via networking, cold outreach, and targeted campaigns.
· Product Demonstrations: Deliver in-depth presentations showcasing software features, benefits, and real-world applications.
· Sales Negotiation & Closing: Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
· Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records, track prospect interactions, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
· Industry Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
· Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product development and support teams to ensure seamless implementation.
· Training & Onboarding: Support clients in understanding software functionalities and best practices.
· Post-Sale Support & Performance Review: Ensure client success through follow-up meetings, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
· Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and business forums to drive sales opportunities.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Sales
· Guide clients in streamlining operations, finance, and supply chain management through ERP solutions.
· Demonstrate system integration capabilities and customization options.
· Address compliance, scalability, and automation benefits.
HRMS (Human Resource Management System) Sales
· Present solutions for payroll, recruitment, and workforce management automation.
· Highlight compliance with labor laws and data security features.
· Provide insights into analytics-driven performance tracking.
POS (Point of Sale) Sales
· Showcase transaction efficiency, inventory tracking, and multi-location management.
· Demonstrate compatibility with payment gateways, accounting software, and cloud systems.
· Address security, reporting, and customization concerns.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Sales
· Emphasize customer engagement, lead tracking, and sales automation benefits.
· Help clients optimize marketing strategies through CRM-driven analytics.
