Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Android development experience, particularly with Kotlin, Workflow, and Jetpack Compose
• Proven experience in architecting and leading complex Android projects at scale
• Strong collaboration skills with experience in cross-team projects
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of innovation in fast-paced environments
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading by influence
