Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Android development experience, with a focus on Kotlin, Workflow, and Jetpack Compose
• Proven experience in architecting and leading complex Android projects at scale
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of being self-directed and innovative
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading by influence
