Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to lead the modernization and implementation of their data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a scalable data platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience with 8+ years in software or data engineering
• Proven experience in a senior or staff-level data engineering role
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and data streaming frameworks like Kafka and Kinesis
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with stakeholders
