Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape digital strategy for trial analytics and support product development through statistical analysis and modeling
• Independently perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Present analysis results to stakeholders and ensure adherence to best practices in data science

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience in statistics
• Expert knowledge of statistical methods, including experimental designs and linear mixed models
• Demonstrated computational skills and expert-level programming using R
• Knowledge of ASREML for R or BLUPf90 is a plus
• Strong results orientation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
