Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of reporting and metrics infrastructure for Global Operations
• Design and scale measurement frameworks to identify operational trends and performance drivers
• Prototype and implement automation use cases to enhance operational efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with a focus on operations projects
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling and process automation
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data pipelines and dashboards
• Proficiency in Python or R for modeling and automation
