Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate collaboration across disciplines and stakeholders, synthesizing inputs into cohesive approaches
• Support design processes and mentor team members while providing constructive feedback
• Lead design projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and user needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience in design
• Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design decisions
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for user needs
• Knowledge of human-centered design processes and accessibility standards
