Staff DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to manage and enhance hybrid infrastructure and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and operations for production and development environments, ensuring high reliability and performance
• Architect and implement complex solutions across various infrastructure layers and coordinate on-site deployments
• Drive automation initiatives for infrastructure provisioning and maintain tooling for observability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Proven experience in hybrid infrastructure with expertise in colocation and on-prem environments
• Proficiency in configuration-as-code tooling (Ansible, Puppet) and scripting (Python, Bash, Go)
• Expert-level knowledge of Linux systems, preferably RHEL-based distributions
• Experience with high-availability environments using Proxmox, KVM, or VMWare
