• Experience with the tech stack: Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara
• Strong background in software architecture, systems design, and scalable infrastructure
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
