Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to serve as a technical leader addressing architectural challenges in data modeling, APIs, and platform scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and implementation of core data models and internal API architecture

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backend systems architecture with expertise in data modeling and API design
• Proven ability to influence and lead technical direction without direct authority
• Passion for mentorship and a track record of elevating team technical capabilities
• Experience with backend programming languages, particularly TypeScript and Node.js
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and serverless applications
