Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to contribute to the software development lifecycle and build applications for the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver software solutions that address complex healthcare problems
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code across the application stack
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to enhance features and support teammates in a respectful environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional software product development experience in an Agile environment, preferably with SaaS products
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for backend development
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure tools such as AWS, Docker, and CI/CD
• Experience with common development tools like Git and Jira
• Prior experience in the healthcare domain, especially in clinical trials and/or HIPAA compliance is a plus
