Staff Front End Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Front End Engineer to join their UI Community and Microsegmentation Product Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve scalable UI frameworks and product subsystems
• Drive technical strategy and set standards for performance, testing, and maintainability
• Lead cross-team initiatives to improve workflows, tooling, and platform reliability

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience with modern front-end stacks (React, TypeScript, Redux, etc.)
• Proven experience architecting scalable systems and leading technical direction for frontend applications
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalable UI architecture
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and influencing engineers
• Experience with build tools and CI/CD pipelines
