Staff Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Frontend).

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and lead proof-of-concept experiences, including conversational AI and mobile-first web apps
• Set standards for frontend excellence by defining reusable component patterns and testing strategies
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create innovative patient experiences

Required Qualifications

• Experience with modern web applications using React or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with other programming languages
• Experience architecting complex systems across multiple technical domains
• Proven ability to drive technical vision and strategy at the organizational level
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and establishing frontend best practices
