Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of a Machine Learning Engineering Strategy for Native Ads
• Design, build, evaluate, ship, and refine Native Ads products through hands-on ML development
• Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to build new product features that connect artists and fans

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in machine learning with expertise in algorithms
• Hands-on experience implementing production machine learning systems at scale in Java, Scala, Python, or similar languages
• Experience or strong interest in emerging agent technologies and generative recommender systems
• Familiarity with agile software processes and data-driven development
• Experience with Ads systems is a plus
