Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer, Pentest as a Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product experiences in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Own the design process from user research to implementation, including wireframes and prototypes
• Present design work and rationale at weekly critiques and maintain organized Figma files for collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX and product design experience, preferably in AI, security, or B2B software
• Experience leading design projects involving AI technologies
• Proficient in conducting user interviews and usability tests
• Strong understanding of UX interaction problems and design systems
• History of collaboration with product management and development teams
