Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager for their Hire product, responsible for driving product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver features rapidly in collaboration with engineering and design
• Translate customer and market signals into scalable product decisions
• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle and act as the primary product contact for go-to-market teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS, preferably with ATS or HR tech
• Proven ability to manage large surface area products end-to-end
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
• Hands-on product ownership experience
• Time zone flexibility with 6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time
