Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager for its Incubation Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and drive the end-to-end process from concept to launched MVP
• Scope and launch MVPs by rapidly prototyping and shipping customer-facing products
• Drive post-launch iteration and optimization based on performance metrics and user feedback

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2C or fast-moving environments
• Proven ability to launch MVPs and validate early-stage ideas
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams to launch new products
• Data-fluent with the ability to derive insights using tools like SQL and Amplitude
• Experience thriving in high-ambiguity, high-ownership environments
