Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full stack experience with a focus on backend development
• Proven expertise in Node/Js and Python
• Experience with frontend technologies like React/NextJS
• Technical leadership experience, including team management and architectural decision-making
• Experience with databases and message queues in distributed systems
