Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of software development experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise-level environment
• Hands-on experience in AI chatbot or Agentic AI environments
• Familiarity with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, React/GraphQL, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Solid understanding of database fundamentals and skills in monitoring, performance optimization, and security
• Experience working on an agile team with a passion for iterative software development
