Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to explore and build with emerging technologies in a high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of experimental and production features, from initial exploration through to deployment
• Rapidly prototype and validate emerging technologies and associated platforms
• Build LLM-based multi-agent systems incorporating real-time processing and knowledge graphs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in a software engineering role with a proven ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience mentoring engineering teams and driving complex projects
• Deep fundamentals in distributed systems, networking, and application architecture
• Hands-on experience with SQL and noSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and deploying containerized solutions
