Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer who will help solve complex technical and operational problems in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver business-critical outcomes through product contributions to the cybersecurity platform, defining and building user experiences
• Lead projects across the stack using Typescript, React, and Node.js services hosted on Kubernetes
• Mentor other engineers and manage expectations across cross-functional groups while communicating technical solutions to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in full-stack development with expertise in scalable, high-performance systems
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React and Typescript, and strong backend skills with Node.js
• Experience in designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC) and architecting fullstack solutions
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and a strong understanding of database design and performance tuning
• Familiarity with security best practices in fullstack environments, including securing APIs and managing authentication/authorization
