Staff Software Engineer, AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, AI - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and translate business objectives into technical solutions
• Establish MLOps best practices and serve as a technical mentor for engineers and data scientists

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Proven expertise with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with C++ or Java
• Practical experience with MLOps tools and workflows, including MLflow or Kubeflow
• Deep understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
