Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Product Engineering).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-squad technical strategy and unblock high-priority initiatives
• Mentor engineers at all levels through coaching, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving
• Contribute hands-on code approximately 50% of the time while shaping org-wide architecture

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of building and scaling production systems
• Experience leading major technical projects across teams and functions
• Deep ownership of business-critical systems with a focus on performance and supportability
• Ability to debug complex, cross-system issues and design for observability and resilience
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
